We are Voxmojo LLC, doing business as Uncool Artist (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”), a company registered in New York, United States, with offices at 16 Waverly Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11205.
We operate the websites (“Uncool Artist Online” or “UA Online”, an E-Commerce Site, at https://www.uncoolartist.online and “Uncool Artist” at https://www.uncoolartist.com), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the “Legal Terms”) (collectively, the “Services”).

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and Voxmojo LLC, concerning your access to and use of the Services. You agree that by accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES, AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Services from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Legal Terms at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of these Legal Terms, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. It is your responsibility to review these Legal Terms to stay informed of updates periodically. You will be subject to, and will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted, the changes in any revised Legal Terms by your continued use of the Services after the date such revised Legal Terms are posted.

The information provided when using the Services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country. Accordingly, those persons who choose to access the Services from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws. If we ever grant you the permission to post, reproduce. or publicly display any part of our Services or Content, you must identify us as the owners or licensors of the Services, Content, or Marks and ensure that any copyright or proprietary notice appears or is visible on posting, reproducing, or displaying our Content.
We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you in and to the Services, Content, and Marks.
Any breach of these Intellectual Property Rights will constitute a material breach of our Legal Terms and your right to use our Services will terminate immediately.
2.2. Your submissions

you post or upload any content through the Services.
Submissions: If you send us questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the Services (“Submissions”), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute those Submissions for operating, improving, and promoting the Services, without compensation to you. Submissions do not include artworks, portfolios, images, writings, or other creative works submitted for applications or participation, which remain the property of the artist.

You are solely responsible for your Submissions, and you expressly agree to reimburse us for any and all losses that we may suffer because of your breach of (a) this section, (b) any
third party’s intellectual property rights, or (c) applicable law.
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that: (1) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Legal Terms: (2) you are at least 18 years old, or you are using the Services with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian (3) you will not access the Services through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script or otherwise: (4) you will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose: and (5) your use of the Services will not violate any applicable law or regulation.
If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use
of the Services (or any portion thereof).
We accept payments via Stripe (credit and debit cards) and any additional payment methods displayed at checkout. Certain programs may also allow alternative payment methods when confirmed in writing by Uncool Artist.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Services. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by us. We may change prices at any time. All payments shall be in U.S. Dollars.
You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Services. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. The Services may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.
If you are under 18, you may use the Sites only with permission of a parent or guardian.
As a user of the Services, you agree not to:
Your login credentials, including your username and password, are personal, individual, and non-transferable. They are strictly intended for your sole use and must not be shared, distributed, or transferred to any other individual or entity, including but not limited to members of any group or collective with which you may be affiliated.
Sharing your login information constitutes a breach of our terms of service and may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account without prior notice. Each user, regardless of their affiliation with any group or collective entity, is required to maintain separate, individual access credentials.
We prioritize the security and privacy of our users and appreciate your cooperation in safeguarding your personal login details to help us protect your account and our community.
The Services may allow users to submit, upload, or share materials in connection with program participation, including profile information, images, texts, recordings, and other materials as enabled within specific programs. We may provide you with the opportunity to create, submit, post, display, transmit, perform, publish, distribute, or broadcast content and materials to us or on the Services, including but not limited to text, writings, video, audio, photographs, graphics, comments, suggestions, or personal information or other material (collectively, “Contributions”). Contributions may be viewable by other users of the Services and through third-party websites. As such, any Contributions you transmit may be treated in accordance with the Services’ Privacy Policy. When you create or make available any Contributions, you thereby represent and warrant that:
You and Services agree that we may access, store, process, and use any information and personal data that you provide following the terms of the Privacy Policy and your choices (including settings).
By submitting suggestions or other feedback regarding the Services, you agree that we can use and share such feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.
We do not assert any ownership over your Contributions. You retain full ownership of all of your Contributions and any intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights associated with your Contributions. We are not liable for any statements or representations in your Contributions provided by you in any area on the Services. You are solely responsible for your Contributions to the Services and you expressly agree to exonerate us from any and all responsibility and to refrain from any legal action against us regarding your Contributions.
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to: (1) monitor the Services for violations of these Legal Terms; (2) take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates the law or these Legal Terms, including without limitation, reporting such user to law enforcement authorities; (3) in our sole discretion and without limitation, refuse, restrict access to, limit the availability of, or disable (to the extent technologically feasible) any of your Contributions or any portion thereof; (4) in our sole discretion and without limitation, notice, or liability, to remove from the Services or otherwise disable all files and content that are excessive in size or are in any way burdensome to our systems; and (5) otherwise manage the Services in a manner designed to protect our rights and property and to facilitate the proper functioning of the Services.

The Linked Sites are not under the control of Uncool Artist and Uncool Artist is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Site, including without limitation any link contained in a Linked Site, or any changes or updates to a Linked Site. Uncool Artist is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Uncool Artist of the Site or any association with its operators.
Certain services made available via the Sites are delivered by third party sites and organizations. By using any product, service or functionality originating from the https://uncoolartist.com and https://uncoolartist.online domains, you hereby acknowledge and consent that Uncool Artist may share such information and data with any third party with whom Uncool Artist has a contractual relationship to provide the requested product, service or functionality on behalf of https://uncoolartist.com and https://uncoolartist.online users and customers.

By using the Services, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Legal Terms. The Services may be hosted and processed in the United States and other countries through Uncool Artist and its service providers. By using the Services, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence, which may have different data protection rules.
These Legal Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Services. WITHOUT LIMITING ANY OTHER PROVISION OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION AND WITHOUT NOTICE OR LIABILITY, DENY ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SERVICES (INCLUDING BLOCKING CERTAIN IP ADDRESSES), TO ANY PERSON FOR ANY REASON OR FOR NO REASON, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION FOR BREACH OF ANY REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY, OR COVENANT CONTAINED IN THESE LEGAL TERMS OR OF ANY APPLICABLE LAW OR REGULATION. WE MAY TERMINATE YOUR USE OR PARTICIPATION IN THE SERVICES OR DELETE ANY CONTENT OR INFORMATION YOU POSTED AT ANY TIME, WITHOUT WARNING, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION.
If we terminate or suspend your account for any reason, you are prohibited from registering and creating a new account under your name, a fake or borrowed name, or the name of any third party, even if you may be acting on behalf of the third party. In addition to terminating or suspending your account, we reserve the right to take appropriate legal action, including without limitation pursuing civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.
We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Services at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. However, we have no obligation to update any information on our Services. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of the Services without notice at any time. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.
We cannot guarantee the Services will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance related to the Services, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors. We reserve the right to change, revise, update, suspend, discontinue, or otherwise modify the Services at any time or for any reason without notice to you. You agree that we have no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by your inability to access or use the Services during any downtime or discontinuance of the Services. Nothing in these Legal Terms will be construed to obligate us to maintain and support the Services or to supply any corrections, updates, or releases in connection therewith.

We may run offers, promotions and reward schemes (Promotional Offer(s)) which may include discounts on Membership Fees, free trial periods or additional free downloads. Any such Promotional Offer, will have its own terms and conditions that are separate to these Terms.
These Legal Terms and your use of the Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles and except to the extent preempted by the Federal Arbitration Act (“FAA”), 9 U.S.C. § 1 et seq.
13.1 Informal Resolution. Before filing a claim, the parties agree to try in good faith to resolve any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Legal Terms or the Services (a “Dispute”) by emailing a written notice of the Dispute and requested relief. You must send notice to info@uncoolartist.com; we will send notice to the email on your account. If the Dispute is not resolved within 60 days of receipt of notice, either party may commence arbitration as set out below.
13.2 Binding Arbitration; Waiver of Jury Trial. Any Dispute that is not resolved under Section 13.1 shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration on an individual basis, administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect (the “AAA Rules”) and the FAA. Arbitration will be conducted by a single neutral arbitrator. The seat and place of arbitration is New York County, New York, and the language is English. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. BY AGREEING TO ARBITRATION, YOU AND WE WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY.
13.3 Small Claims Court Option. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court in New York County, New York (or in your county of residence if within the United States), instead of arbitration, provided the claim is filed and maintained on an individual basis and remains within that court’s jurisdiction.
13.4 Class/Representative Action Waiver. Arbitration (or small-claims action) shall proceed solely on an individual basis. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NO ARBITRATION OR ACTION SHALL BE JOINED WITH ANOTHER; THERE IS NO RIGHT OR AUTHORITY FOR ANY DISPUTE TO BE ARBITRATED OR LITIGATED ON A CLASS-ACTION, CLASS-WIDE, COLLECTIVE, OR PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL BASIS; AND THERE IS NO RIGHT OR AUTHORITY FOR ANY DISPUTE TO BE BROUGHT IN A PURPORTED REPRESENTATIVE CAPACITY ON BEHALF OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC OR ANY OTHER PERSONS.
13.5 Costs and Fees. The AAA Rules and the FAA govern payment of filing, administration, and arbitrator fees. If you commence arbitration, we will reimburse AAA filing fees that exceed the then-current cost of filing a civil action in New York County Supreme Court, unless the arbitrator determines your claims are frivolous or brought for an improper purpose under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 11.
13.6 Injunctive Relief; IP Carve-Out. Either party may seek temporary, preliminary, or permanent injunctive relief or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction in New York County, New York, to protect its rights or property (including intellectual property or confidential information), without waiving the right to arbitration of damages or other claims.
13.7 Severability. If any part of this Section 13 (other than the class waiver in Section 13.4) is found unenforceable, the unenforceable portion will be severed and the remainder enforced. If the class waiver in Section 13.4 is found unenforceable as to a particular claim or request for relief, then that claim or request (and only that claim/request) must proceed in court and not in arbitration.
13.8 Survival. This Section 13 survives termination of these Legal Terms and your use of the Services.

There may be information on the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including descriptions, pricing, availability, and various other information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update the information on the Services at any time, without prior notice.
THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES INCLUDED IN OR AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE MAY INCLUDE INACCURACIES OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS. CHANGES ARE PERIODICALLY ADDED TO THE INFORMATION HEREIN. VOXMOJO LLC AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS MAY MAKE IMPROVEMENTS AND/OR CHANGES IN THE SITE AT ANY TIME.
VOXMOJO LLC AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE SUITABILITY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, TIMELINESS, AND ACCURACY OF THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS CONTAINED ON THE SITE FOR ANY PURPOSE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL SUCH INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF ANY KIND. VOXMOJO LLC AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH REGARD TO THIS INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL VOXMOJO LLC AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SITE, WITH THE DELAY OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR RELATED SERVICES, THE PROVISION OF OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE SERVICES, OR FOR ANY INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SITE, OR OTHERWISE ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE SITE, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF VOXMOJO LLC OR ANY OF ITS SUPPLIERS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGES. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ANY PORTION OF THE SITE, OR WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS OF USE, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THE SITE.

WE DO NOT WARRANT, ENDORSE, GUARANTEE, OR ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE ADVERTISED OR OFFERED BY A THIRD PARTY THROUGH THE SERVICES, ANY HYPERLINKED WEBSITE, OR ANY WEBSITE OR MOBILE APPLICATION FEATURED IN ANY BANNER OR OTHER ADVERTISING, AND WE WILL NOT BE A PARTY TO OR IN ANY WAY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MONITORING ANY TRANSACTION BETWEEN YOU AND ANY THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES. AS WITH THE PURCHASE OF A PRODUCT OR SERVICE THROUGH ANY MEDIUM OR IN ANY ENVIRONMENT, YOU SHOULD USE YOUR BEST JUDGMENT AND EXERCISE CAUTION WHERE APPROPRIATE. This Disclaimer is subject to the limitations set forth in Section 16 below.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability to you for any cause whatsoever and regardless of the form of action will at all times be limited to the total amount you paid to us for the Services during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, including our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of our respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of: (1) use of the Services; (2) breach of these Legal Terms; (3) any breach of your representations and warranties set forth in these Legal Terms; (4) your violation of the rights of a third party, including but not limited to intellectual property rights; or (5) any overt harmful act toward any other user of the Services with whom you connected via the Services. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us, and you agree to cooperate, at your expense, with our defense of such claims. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you of any such claim, action, or proceeding which is subject to this indemnification upon becoming aware of it.
We will maintain certain data that you transmit to the Services for the purpose of managing the performance of the Services, as well as data relating to your use of the Services. Although we perform regular routine backups of data, you are solely responsible for all data that you transmit or that relates to any activity you have undertaken using the Services.
You agree that we shall have no liability to you for any loss or corruption of any such data, and you hereby waive any right of action against us arising from any such loss or corruption of such data.

There are various payment and subscription options available for using the Services. These options can be found within the individual Services and may change from time to time. Once you register and your initial payment is processed, your subscription will begin, granting you immediate access to the relevant Service. We will send you an email to confirm our acceptance. At this point, a Membership contract between you and Us will be established. If, for any reason, We are unable to accept your Membership order, We will inform you in writing and will not charge you. Unless otherwise noted, all memberships auto-renew. You may cancel anytime before the renewal date to avoid charges.
When you purchase a Membership Plan, it authorizes one named person (Participant) to use our Services. You will need to choose a unique username and password to access your Membership Services. It is your responsibility to keep these credentials confidential and not share them with anyone else. If you know or suspect that someone else is using your account details, you must promptly notify us at admin@uncoolartist.online.
20.1. Automatic Renewals of Memberships
Unless otherwise noted in the terms of your offer, subscriptions automatically renew, except for UA Lifetime Membership. This means that once you sign up for a membership, it will automatically renew based on the subscription type you chose (e.g., annually, monthly, etc.). Unless you are notified otherwise, you will be charged the rate stated at the time of purchase (plus applicable taxes, such as value-added tax if the stated rate doesn’t include VAT) at the beginning of each billing term via the billing method you provided to us. Please ensure that your billing information is correct to prevent an interruption in your membership.
Prices and terms for membership subscriptions may change at any time. The price and terms in effect when you made your initial purchase or when your subscription last renewed will remain in place for that membership period. However, new prices and terms may apply to renewals or new subscriptions. We will give you reasonable notice of any change in price or terms before they go into effect. If you do not wish to renew your membership under the new prices or terms, you should cancel your subscription as described below.
20.2. Access Membership Plan
The Access Membership plan grants you (the “User” or “Participant”) access to the basic features and functions of our platform (uncoolartist.online). These features include priority access to Open Calls created and/or organized by us and access to:
Monthly Subscription:
If you choose a monthly Membership subscription, you will have a monthly contract that automatically renews each month. We will automatically charge you on each monthly renewal date (“Renewal Date”). Your Membership will continue to automatically renew unless either you or We choose to cancel it. There is no commitment beyond your current monthly contract period. You can cancel your Membership Plan at any time; if you do so, your Membership will continue until your renewal date, and you will not be charged again.
Yearly Subscription/Annual Billing:
If you choose a yearly Membership subscription, you will benefit from a lower monthly equivalent price, but you will be charged a fee for the full year when you sign up and again at each annual renewal (“Renewal Date”). You agree to a 12-month contract that automatically renews annually. Your Membership will continue to automatically renew unless either you or We choose to cancel it. You can cancel your Membership Plan at any time; if you do so, your Membership will continue until the end of your 12-month contract period, and you will not be charged again.
Subscriptions Longer than a Month, Billed Monthly:
Where offered, some subscriptions longer than a month may be eligible for monthly billing. Even though you will be billed monthly, you are committing to the entire length of your subscription (e.g., 6 months or 12 months). Except as outlined below, if you cancel this type of subscription before the end of your subscription term, you are not eligible for a refund, but you will retain access to the relevant Services for the remainder of any paid months (after which your subscription will be canceled), and you may be charged a cancellation fee. This does not affect your statutory rights. If your subscription did not begin with a free trial and did not use a discount, promo or coupon, during the first 7 days of your first subscription term, you may either (1) cancel immediately for a full refund of the first month’s fee and immediate loss of access, or (2) cancel effective at the end of the first month, subject to a cancellation fee. If you change from this type of subscription to a different type of subscription before the end of your subscription term, you won’t receive a prorated refund for the remainder of the current paid month, and you may be charged a cancellation fee.
If your Renewal Date is on the 29th, 30th, or 31st day of a month, and the current month does not have the equivalent day, then your plan will renew on the last day of the current month.

20.5. Membership Fees
20.5.1. When and How You Must Pay Fees:
The fees you pay will vary depending on which Membership Plan and subscription period you choose. Any VAT or local taxes applicable to your country/territory will be added to the fee and shown at checkout. We accept payment of fees only with Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit and debit cards through our Website via direct debit. We use Stripe Inc., a payment service provider, to enable our customers to make payments (and we reserve the right to use other payment providers in the future). Monthly/annual direct debit payments will be taken on a rolling monthly/annual basis on the start date and each Renewal Date, until termination of the Membership Plan.
20.5.2. Currency:
Fees are calculated and collected in US dollars. If you pay with an account card that is not in USD, the amount you pay will depend on fluctuations in exchange rates.
20.5.3. Fee Increases:
We may increase the fees by giving you at least one calendar month’s notice of the revised fees. If you do not wish to pay these revised fees, you can terminate the Membership contract by giving us written notice at any time before the revised fees become payable.
20.6. Ending Your Membership
20.6.1. User-Initiated Termination:
If you have a monthly or yearly billed Membership Plan, you may end your Membership at any time by deleting your payment method on your account page (https://uncoolartist.online/my-account/payment-methods/) or, in the case of legacy users who paid through older methods (like PayPal), contact us via email at info@uncoolartist.com requesting a cancellation. Your Membership will cease at the end of the billing cycle, and you will lose access to the plan features.
20.6.2. Termination Due to Service Issues:
If you wish to end your Membership because of our act or fault, according to our Terms of Service, you must notify us via email at info@uncoolartist.com. If we agree that the reason is covered here, we will end your Membership and refund you for any Services that you paid for but were not provided. Any refund due will be calculated based on the proportion of time remaining on your current Membership.
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Legal Terms shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. These Legal Terms operate to the fullest extent permissible by law. We may assign any or all of our rights and obligations to others at any time. We shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, delay, or failure to act caused by any cause beyond our reasonable control. If any provision or part of a provision of these Legal Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision or part of the provision is deemed severable from these Legal Terms and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. There is no joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship created between you and us as a result of these Legal Terms or use of the Services. You agree that these Legal Terms will not be construed against us by virtue of having drafted them. Account Termination
If you wish to terminate your Participant Account, notify us by email at info@uncoolartist.com. We will process the request within a reasonable timeframe. Certain information may be retained as required for legal, accounting, fraud prevention, and recordkeeping purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Once you have been accepted and paid the required entrance and enrollment fees for one of our programs (e.g., UAR online residency, in-person UA Residency, ILAP), and submitted your agreement/registration, refunds will not be issued, except as provided under Section 21.1.A for the UAR Online Residency.
Payments made with a scholarship discount are non-refundable. If installment payments benefiting from a scholarship discount are canceled, Uncool Artist must be reimbursed the total amount proportional to the time attended, plus a 30-day advance notice formalized by email.
To cancel your program association (except the in-person UA Residency, see below), you must provide 30 days advance notice by emailing info@uncoolartist.com.
In-person UA Residency only:
• A full refund of the program fee (excluding enrollment fees) is available up to 8 weeks before the cycle begins.
• 50% of the program fee is refundable up to 4 weeks before the cycle begins.
• After this point, no refunds are available. If enrolled in multiple cycles, the first cycle start date applies.
Application Fee. The application fee is non-refundable. Waivers may be offered at Uncool Artist’s discretion.
Enrollment Deposit. An enrollment deposit in the amount stated in your acceptance email and invoice is required to schedule an interview.
• If the application is approved after the interview (final approval), the deposit is applied to tuition and becomes non-refundable.
• If the application does not move forward after the interview, Uncool Artist will refund the deposit in full to the original payment method.
• If the applicant withdraws after final approval, the deposit is not refundable.
Tuition Payments. Amounts paid beyond the Enrollment Deposit are non-refundable, except if Uncool Artist cancels the program before the start date.
Program Cancellation by Uncool Artist. If Uncool Artist cancels the UAR online residency in full prior to the start date, Uncool Artist will refund the Enrollment Deposit and any tuition paid.
Application Cap. Uncool Artist reserves the right to cap the number of applications for UAR and to close applications early once the cap is reached. Applications received after the cap may be waitlisted. Waitlisted applicants will not be asked to submit an Enrollment Deposit unless invited to interview.
Refunds for UA Access subscriptions are available under the following conditions:
Eligibility:
• Only regular-priced subscriptions qualify.
• Subscriptions purchased with discounts, promotions, or special offers are not refundable.
Request Period: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 business days of purchase. Late requests are not accepted.
Processing:
• Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days (timing may vary by bank).
• Transaction fees charged by the payment provider will be deducted.
Service Cancellation: Approved refunds result in immediate cancellation of your subscription and termination of access to content or services.
Refunds are submitted immediately to the customer’s bank by Stripe or PayPal. Depending on the bank, it may take 5–10 business days to appear.
Some refunds may process as a reversal, meaning the original charge disappears instead of showing a separate refund transaction.
Membership plans purchased with discounts, limited offers, special offers, or coupon codes are not refundable.
These Legal Terms and any posted policies or operating rules constitute the entire agreement between you and Uncool Artist with respect to the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings. Failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver. If any provision is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship is created by these Terms. These Terms shall not be construed against us by virtue of having drafted them.

The Participant also authorizes Uncool Artist to use images to promote courses/programs and other events held within Uncool Artist’s platforms.
