UAR One Quarter – Installments

Since 2018, Uncool Artist has hosted an international online residency program for emerging and underrepresented artists, offering a collaborative, experimental environment that prioritizes artistic development. This flexible, assisted studio practice provides a platform for dialogue and collaboration, where participants can explore new directions in their art, deepen their knowledge of international contemporary art, and focus on their proposed projects—all without travel expenses.

Methodology:
The residency focuses on building strong, lasting bonds through cohesive, collaborative work rather than elevating individualistic views of the artist or curator. We foster an interdisciplinary community for professional and emotional fulfillment.

Structure:
The program is organized in quarterly cycles, with 12 weeks of activities per quarter, including critique, research, and project development.
