Statement | As a esthete, what guides my work is the experience of tonal and material values of harmony and composition, within a contemporary aesthetic notion of asymmetry and refutation of beauty, not in a shock, but in motion, creating her particular relationship. In my process of creating, the experience of doing directs much of the work, which is conducted reflexively and intuitively along the way. My production speaks of desire. The shoes, desserts, jewelry, the fabric sculptures, the colors used in the paintings, are all playful elements that inspire the pleasure of the senses. |
