Rafael Beck, also referred to as 2beck, is a visual artist and
photographer based in São Paulo, Brazil. His work explores
the nude body and eroticism as a major theme. He uses the
observation of human beings and the manipulation of light,
angles and reflections as valuable tools to express his own
version of reality.

His obsession with imprinting his own thoughts and
perspective on photographic frames results in a unique and
visceral take, loaded with a powerful language.

A graduate of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, he
specialized in Photojournalism and Photography Direction at
the b_arco Cultural Center in São Paulo. Rafael recently won
Best Individual Photo Category at the Paraty em Foco 2024
Festival with his work “Golden Girls”.
